TERMS & CONDITIONS - Christmas Hamper

1. Deliveries are sent out on a next day service from Sunday December 22nd arriving between 8am - 8pm (December 23rd) and will delivered by DPD UK. Some orders, in mainly highland postcodes may take 2 days for delivery and these will be delivered by DPD latest December 24th.
   
2. Please check the delivery information sheet for specific postcode requirements for delivery.
   
3. Collection is available from the Seafood Ristorante St Andrews between 12:30 -2pm on Sunday 22nd December 2024.
   
4. Orders for the Christmas hamper must be placed by December 17th by 23:59.
   
5. Delivery are subject to a delivery charge of £12.50 per box up to £145 on an order.
   
6. Minimum order value without postage - £145
   
7. Orders for collection from the restaurant are free of charge.
   
8. The Hamper contains instructions on how best to maximise flavour. Please ensure you follow this for best results.
   
9. Please ensure to refrigerate all products upon arrival to you, make sure follow all the food safety instructions.
   
10. Please note we cannot accommodate to any specific allergens or dietary requirements with this hamper.
    
11. Please note that all products may contain traces of shellfish & nuts.
    
12. Any orders requiring amendments prior to 24 hours of ordering, including refund or partial refund, may be subject to a £10 admin processing fee.
    
13. Order cancellations/amendments cannot be processed after 24 hours once placed an order.
